Lodging Policies

  • Pine Haven Venue & Lodging (PHVL) observes property-wide quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are required to abide by these quiet hours with respect to our surrounding neighbors. Ignorance of quiet hours will result in one verbal warning, followed by a $100.00 fine with the second warning. Upon a third noise issue/complaint, the cabin guests will be asked to leave without refund. If law enforcement is called due to excessive noise, destruction of property, or criminal activity, a $250.00 fine will be charged to the guaranteed card on file. 

  • All Pine Haven buildings are non-smoking and if the non-smoking expectation is violated the guarantor will be charged with the fees required to rid the area of smoke scent and stains.

  • We reserve the right to move your reserved unit/site for any reason at any time.

  • One night, per cabin/RV site, non-refundable deposit is charged to the card on file at time of reservation. The remaining balance will be charged to the same card that paid the deposit the morning of check in.

  • Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods.

  • Pine Haven Venue & Lodging is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Housekeeping is family style. Rooms will not be cleaned daily but will be refreshed upon request. This refreshment includes replacement of towels and linens.

  • Check-in begins at 4:00PM. We will accommodate early check ins if available, but cannot guarantee an early check in. If arriving after 7:00PM, please call to make arrangements as our front desk is open from 7:00AM to 7:00PM.

  • Check-out is at 10:00AM. Late check-out is not an option and a fee of $70.00 will be charged for every hour a cabin/RV space is occupied past check-out.

  • Camp mattresses (in children’s loft of cabins) do not include bedding. Blankets and pillows are available at the front office.

  • Dogs are allowed at RV sites and in pet-friendly cabins. A fee of $25 for first pet $15 each additional pet, per night will be charged for dogs in cabins.

  • Outside alcohol is not allowed into the venue space/patio/lawn.

  • Cabins may be reserved on a first come, first serve basis and we do not hold cabins available for guests without a first night payment as deposit (with exception of single honeymoon cabin).

  • PHVL is a public resort that often hosts events. Please be mindful and respectful of all guests. PHVL management reserves the right to dismiss any guest at any time, for any reason.

  • Cabin guests will be charged for destroyed/missing linens, pillows, towels, appliances, and cabin furnishings. A fee of $250.00 will be charged to the card on file if additional cleaning is deemed necessary. 

    • Cancellation Policy

      If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, our policy is as follows:

      Cabins & RV sites: Deposits are non-refundable.( the deposit is first night rate)

      Sturgis Rally Reservations: We require a 3 night minimum stay with a 3 night deposit. Deposits are non-refundable; the remaining balance will be charged to your card on file May 1st. If cabin/RV site is canceled after May 1st, all charges are non-refundable.

  • PHVL is not responsible for injury to persons or property occurring upon PHVL property or as a result of any event occurring on Pine Haven property.
